Leigh’s is an intimate event venue located at The Alley on Bitters in San Antonio and is designed for showers, birthdays, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, private gatherings, corporate events, networking events and other small celebrations.
How many guests can Leigh’s accommodate?
Leigh’s can accommodate up to 50 guests total.
For events using table seating, the venue can seat approximately 32–34 guests depending on the floor plan and setup.
Because Leigh’s is designed for intimate gatherings, the space is especially well suited for events where you want guests to feel connected rather than spread throughout a large ballroom.

How much does it cost to rent Leigh’s?
Pricing depends on the day, rental type and event package.
Leigh’s currently offers weekday rentals as well as Friday and weekend event packages.

Are tables and chairs included?
Yes.
Tables and chairs are included with the venue rental, and Leigh’s offers flexible floor plan options depending on the type of event you are hosting.
Are balloons included with the rental?
Weekend rentals include a standard 9-foot balloon garland from Party Hat Celebrations.
If you want something more elaborate, Party Hat Celebrations can also create additional custom balloon decor separately.
Options may include:
Larger balloon garlands
Balloon backdrops
Custom color palettes
School-color balloons
Corporate or branded balloon installations
Birthday balloon decor
Shower balloon decor
Can I decorate the venue myself?
Yes.
You are welcome to personalize Leigh’s for your event.
Decorations may be attached using:
Painter’s tape
Command hooks
Removable adhesive that will not damage the walls or windows
To protect the venue, nails, screws, staples, duct tape and other damaging fasteners are not permitted.
Are glitter and confetti allowed?
No.
Glitter, confetti, confetti cannons and similar materials are not permitted at Leigh’s.
This helps keep the space clean and ready for every guest.
Are candles allowed?
Birthday candles are permitted.
Other open flames require prior approval. Battery-operated candles are encouraged when possible.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.
Is setup time included in my rental?
Yes, but setup must take place within your reserved rental window.
Your rental time should include:
Load-in
Decorating
Event time
Cleanup
Load-out
All guests, decorations and personal belongings should be out of the space by the end of your rental time.
What happens if my event runs past the rental time?
Events should end within the reserved rental window.
The Welcome Guide states that time beyond the scheduled end may result in a charge of $50 for each additional 15 minutes.
If you think you may need additional rental time, contact your party concierge before the event ends.
Is cleanup included?
Standard cleanup is included with Friday and weekend packages, but guests are still expected to leave the space tidy.
Before leaving, guests should:
Remove personal belongings
Remove decorations
Place trash in the designated bins
Clean major spills
Make sure nothing has been left behind
Additional cleaning or damage may affect the security deposit.
Is there a security deposit?
Leigh’s uses security deposit guidelines to help protect the venue and furnishings.
A full refund generally depends on:
No damage to the venue, furniture, equipment or decor
The space being left clean and tidy
Following venue rules
Ending the event within the reserved time
Avoiding complaints from neighboring businesses or residents
Damage, excessive cleaning or violations of venue rules may result in a partial or full loss of the security deposit.
Does Leigh’s have Wi-Fi?
Yes.
Wi-Fi is available for event hosts and guests.
Does Leigh’s have a speaker for music?
Yes.
Leigh’s includes a Sonos speaker that can connect through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Guests are asked to keep music at a comfortable level out of consideration for neighboring businesses.
Does Leigh’s have a TV?
Yes.
Leigh’s includes a Frame TV that can be incorporated into your event.
